These terms govern the use of the Jineo platform and the storefronts of the merchants that use it.

Orders and payment

The sale is concluded between the buyer and the merchant. Jineo provides the conversational agent and the payment infrastructure. Settlement and refund terms are to be specified.

Liability

Each merchant remains responsible for its catalog, prices and deliveries. Applicable liability limitations are to be completed.
