No. Jineo connects to the business number you already use. Your ongoing conversations, contacts and history stay in place.
Can the agent sell below my floor price?
No, and it isn't just an instruction: the floor price is never shared with it. Every offer is evaluated server-side, and the final price re-checked before the sale is recorded.
What if it doesn't understand a request?
It hands over. You get an alert, the conversation switches to human mode, and the agent stays out of it until you re-enable it.
Which payment methods are supported?
MTN and Orange Mobile Money, bank card, and cash on delivery. The payment link goes out directly in the conversation.
How does onboarding work?
Our team runs it with you: we create your workspace, connect your channels and import your catalogue together. Half a day to be operational.
Is my data and my customers' data protected?
